Decades worth of healing needed and I can’t afford help, was why it was so challenging to move on. So I decided to help heal myself through lots of learning and reflection. It would be a never-ending story if I told you all the ways how I can relate to you about stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. It was a journey that started in childhood and grew decade after decade. Having experienced so much bad in my life, then healing through self-help, to now living a fulfilling life, was why it was only fitting to leave my marketing career of 20 years to become a life coach and help others.

I can tell you, the journey to find myself and rediscover happiness was hard work but it gave me the strength to overcome my battles. I’m certainly not perfect, and always have a lot to learn, but this long adventure has restored my balance and presented me with a new perspective in life. I have found happiness.
