My Story
Stress affected so many areas of my life that, little by little, it began to impact my health, my career, my mindset, and my overall sense of wellbeing. I felt overwhelmed, disconnected from myself, and unsure how to truly move forward. Like many people living with long-term stress, I searched for quick fixes, only to realize that real healing takes time, self-awareness, and deeper support.
Over time, I began doing the inner work needed to better understand myself, my stress patterns, and the ways chronic stress had been affecting both my mind and body. The journey wasn’t quick or easy, but with each step I gained more clarity, resilience, and a stronger understanding of what true healing can look like.
Today, I continue learning, growing, and finding healthier ways to navigate stress, setbacks, and life’s challenges with more compassion and awareness. Stress may always be part of life, but learning how to respond to it in healthier ways can change everything.
To me, healing isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, protecting your peace, and continuing forward with greater strength, balance, and self-understanding.
Hi, I’m Jennifer
Alongside my personal experience with long-term stress, I’ve spent years studying stress management, emotional wellness, and the impact chronic stress can have on both the mind and body.
I am a certified Life & Executive Coach specializing in stress management, and for several years I worked directly with individuals navigating overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, and long-term stress before transitioning my business to focus on online education and supportive wellness resources.
I’m also an author and educator, including contributing a chapter on stress and mindset in The Life Coach’s Tool Kit, Vol. 3, an Amazon bestselling coaching resource. Earlier in my career, I spent more than 20 years working in marketing and communications, experience that now helps me translate complex stress and wellness topics into clear, relatable, and practical support for everyday life.
Today, my work focuses on helping overwhelmed women better understand chronic stress, survival-mode patterns, and the small supportive steps that can help them feel more like themselves again.

chance to rediscover yourself”- Jennifer Richardson
My Philosophy
I believe healing from long-term stress should feel compassionate and realistic—not overwhelming.
Many women are already carrying too much pressure, responsibility, emotional strain, and mental exhaustion. They don’t need more pressure to “fix themselves perfectly.” They need support, understanding, and practical tools that meet them where they are.
That’s why my approach focuses on:
gentle stress education
nervous system awareness
emotional wellness support
realistic self-care practices
small, sustainable changes
Because sometimes the smallest shifts can create the biggest sense of relief over time.
My hope is that this space reminds you that you are not broken, behind, or failing.
You may simply be carrying more stress than your mind and body were ever meant to hold alone.
Rediscover Happiness
I created Rediscover Happiness to support women who feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in a constant state of stress.
For many women, stress becomes more than just a busy season of life. It can slowly affect sleep, mood, energy, focus, relationships, confidence, and overall wellbeing—often without realizing how deeply it’s impacting the mind and body.
I know how difficult it can feel when your nervous system never seems to fully relax, even when life appears calm on the outside.
My goal is to create a supportive space where women can better understand chronic stress, feel less alone in what they’re experiencing, and begin taking small, manageable steps toward feeling more grounded, balanced, and like themselves again.
If you’ve been living in survival mode for a long time, please know that healing doesn’t have to happen all at once.
Small steps matter.
Support matters.
And your wellbeing matters too.
I’m glad you’re here.
