I’m a certified Life and Executive Coach, specializing in stress management, that is dedicated to helping busy women understand and recover from chronic stress.

For many women, stress doesn’t simply disappear when life improves. When the nervous system has been under pressure for too long, the body can remain in survival mode—feeling constantly tense, overwhelmed, or unable to fully relax.
